Each year, more than 2.2 million Americans are incarcerated and more than 620,000 are released from prison. When released, these individuals face employment prospects that are worse than during the Great Depression. It's not surprising - considering the social and economic barriers to re-entry - that recidivism rates are so high.
We believe that small, scalable solutions addressing housing, employment, and community connection are the way to bring redemption, dignity, and healing to our communities
